Brief IT Credentials
Certified ShoreTel Installer – 20+ system installs under my belt. Have been the administrator of two ShoreTel systems in the last four years.
Cyberoam Certified – I’m certified with Cyberoam to install and administer their firewalls. I have done five installs, and about two years experience as an administrator.
